1. Services and Payment Terms

Service Scope: STRS Dev offers a range of services designed to support and enhance our clients' business objectives. We strive to provide high-quality services to meet your needs; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. All services rendered by STRS Dev are considered non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to STRS Dev for any services are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the results, no-shows for scheduled meetings, cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service, or any other reason.

Payment Terms: Payments are required in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate, written contract. STRS Dev reserves the right to suspend or withhold services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms. Clients may be responsible for any additional fees incurred due to delayed payments, including but not limited to collection fees and interest.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, these are not guaranteed. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a full charge, with no refund or credit provided.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We provide our services based on our professional expertise and experience; however, STRS Dev makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of any services rendered. You agree to use our services at your own discretion and assume all risk in relation to any decisions you make based on our recommendations.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STRS Dev, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website, regardless of the basis of the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STRS Dev, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising from or in any way related to your use of our website, engagement of our services, or violation of these Terms of Service.
