What happens if I go over my monthly capacity?
For any month where you need more than your reserved capacity, the extra hours are billed hourly. We always flag it before the work happens, and if it becomes a pattern we will right-size your capacity so your rate stays predictable.
How does capacity work?
Capacity is the share of a senior developer’s month reserved for your team, from 25% to 100%. Higher capacity means faster turnaround and room for more than one workstream at a time. You can pick any point between the named tiers.
