New websites and full rebuilds qualify. We scope the build with a clear fixed price up front, then apply your maintenance discount before any work begins.
What is included in a maintenance package?

How do the packages relate to your standard pricing?
They are the same Monthly Embedded Developer tiers on our pricing page, from Foundation at 25% capacity to Embedded at 100%. Because this offer assumes a 12-month commitment, the monthly rates shown are already 20% below our standard month-to-month pricing, and committing annually is also what unlocks the discount on your new build.
Is the maintenance package a long-term contract?
The promotional discount is tied to a twelve-month commitment. After that, you can continue month-to-month with no lock-in.
What if I go over my capacity in a given month?
For any month where you need more than your reserved capacity, the extra hours are billed hourly. We always flag it first, and if it becomes a pattern we will right-size your package.
